Understanding Your Order Status
| Status | What It Means | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We received your order and payment. Production is being queued. | Nothing — sit tight. You'll get a shipping email soon. |
| In Production | Your item is being printed and prepared for shipment. | Normal — production takes 2–5 business days. |
| Shipped | Your order left our facility and is with the carrier. | Use your tracking number to follow delivery progress. |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is on the delivery vehicle today. | Be available or ensure there's a safe drop location. |
| Delivered | Carrier marked the package as delivered. | Check your door, mailbox, and neighbors if not found. |
| Exception / Delay | A carrier delay or issue has been flagged. | Email us — we'll investigate and resolve it for you. |
